Faulty Item Received
Got a dud? It happens. Just snap a photo of the issue and email it to support@casualdinkers.com along with your order number. If your item arrived faulty or falls apart after the first wash, we'll send you a free replacement—no need to ship anything back. All we need is that photo and we'll handle the rest.
Not Delivered on Time
We get it—waiting is the worst. Especially when you've got a tournament, a gift, or just zero patience (same). Here's how our shipping works: orders are printed and shipped from our US facility within 3-6 days, then take about 3-7 days to arrive. So most orders land within 6-13 days total.
That said, sometimes the post office has other plans. Delays happen, and they're usually out of our hands. We appreciate your patience—and we're always here to help you track things down. You'll get tracking info with your order, and you can reach us anytime at support@casualdinkers.com if something seems off.
Wrong Size Received
First, double-check the size you selected when you placed your order—we've found that most mix-ups start there. Since every item is made to order, we can't replace items if the size ordered was incorrect.
But if you ordered the right size and we sent you the wrong one? That's on us. Shoot us a photo at support@casualdinkers.com with your order number and we'll get a replacement out to you—free of charge.
I Ordered by Mistake / Changed My Mind
Because each order is printed just for you, we can't cancel or edit orders once they're placed. Choose wisely—kind of like choosing your doubles partner.
Will You Have More Designs?
Absolutely. We drop new designs regularly, so there's always something fresh to rep the dink life. Follow us on social media and turn on notifications so you don't miss new arrivals, restocks, or sales.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Most orders arrive within 6-13 days—that's 3-6 days for printing plus 3-7 days for shipping. Times can vary depending on your location and carrier, but we'll keep you posted every step of the way. Questions? Hit us up at support@casualdinkers.com.
Can I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes! You'll receive tracking info once your order ships (usually within 3-6 days of placing it). If you haven't received yours, email support@casualdinkers.com with your order number and we'll get it to you. Just a heads up—your order number and tracking number are two different things.
Where Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Just enter your order details and email address, and you're good to go.
Will I Get an Email When My Order Ships?
Yep! You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and another one when it ships with your tracking info.
How Can I Pay?
We currently accept credit card payments.
What If I Enter the Wrong Address?
Mistakes happen—but catch it early if you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@casualdinkers.com and we'll update the address. If it's already on the way, we're not able to reship to a new address, so double-check before you hit that order button.
